New Delhi, May 08, 2025: In an ongoing effort to address rising employability challenges among Indian youth, Kunwar Vaibhav Singh, founder of career services platform TrueCV, is undertaking a solo road journey across all states and union territories of India. The initiative includes free Job Readiness Programs for college students aimed at enhancing practical skills needed for employment.
The journey, which began in Delhi, has so far covered over seven states, including Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. At each stop, workshops focus on resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, interview preparation, and video CV development.
“Students today often complete their education without exposure to real-world hiring practices,” said Singh, who has over 20 years of experience in the HR and recruitment industry. “This program is designed to deliver hands-on career guidance directly where it’s needed most.”
TrueCV, launched in 2022, provides online resources for job seekers, including resume services, interview training, and career planning. Singh also manages a YouTube channel by the same name, where he hosts podcasts featuring Head HRs and shares career advice — a platform that has grown to over 100,000 subscribers.
The initiative is seen as a grassroots effort to improve youth employability outcomes, complementing national objectives around skill development and job readiness.
