On April 12th and 13th, 2025, young BJP leader, dedicated worker, social servant, and businessman, Dinesh Desai Adisnanuparu made history by organizing Gujarat’s largest community wedding. He brought together families, leaders, and communities for a cause rooted in compassion and responsibility. The grand event witnessed the Kanyadaan of 51 daughters from the Rabari community — a milestone now becoming a proud chapter in Gujarat’s social narrative.
Held just 15 minutes from Ahmedabad, this two-day celebration was a resounding success, with over one lakh people in attendance. Day one featured a grand Lok Dayro, celebrating Gujarat’s folk culture through amazing performances by famous names in the Gujarati industry. During the event, Rs. 40 to 45 lakhs were showered on Big Boss fame Rajat Dalal as a part of the ritual. This money will be further donated towards the betterment of society.
Day 1 also saw mehendi and haldi ceremonies during the day, followed by a majestic Maha Aarti in the evening — an emotional moment dedicated to the 51 brides. On April 13th, the atmosphere turned deeply spiritual and joyous as 51 couples tied the knot in an elaborate group wedding ceremony, witnessed by a sea of blessings, love, and support.
The event was graced by an esteemed lineup of dignitaries, including Jay Shah, Chairman of the ICC, Gujarat CM Shri Bhupendra Patel, cabinet ministers, spiritual leaders, and revered saints — all of whom came together to bless the couples and acknowledge Dinesh Desai’s remarkable contribution to society.
